08/03/2022 Please note our refund policy has now been amended. If you are unable to attend due to Covid or any other reasons, we are able to offer you a credit note; this can be used for any event and has no expiry date.

If you have tickets for a rescheduled event and are no longer able to attend we are able to offer a refund as long as you notify us within 14 days of the date we sent out the reschedule notification. After this date credit notes will be available.
