The organisation is a limited Company and registered charity, funded by the Arts Council as one of their National Portfolio Organisations, and by Colchester Borough Council. The Arts Centre is governed by a Board of Directors.
FRONT OF HOUSE
The arts centre events are managed by the core team and run by incredible people who are enthusiastic about live entertainment. Many work for the venue as casuals and volunteers and scan tickets on the way in, serve you at the bar, act as access host’s for those that need some extra assistance and deal with customer queries and concerns at events.

The arts centre podcast is run by Nina Doyle and Tim Morgan who are part of our Front of House Team.
