How to book

There are several ways to book your tickets...

Our online booking operates on a TICKETLESS SYSTEM. Just click on the BUY TICKETS link and you'll be directed through to our secure server. Once you've completed your booking you'll be sent a confirmation email - THIS IS YOUR TICKET. Just print off a copy and bring it with you on the night - a bit like buying a ticket for a budget airline! If you're hardcore traditionalist and want a good old-fashioned physical ticket, we can't do this online - you'll need to book over the phone or in person.

You can do this by calling 01206 500900 and having your credit or debit card handy. Booking fees apply.

Send us a good old fashioned snail mail letter with what you want, your name, address and phone number and a cheque made out to Colchester Arts Centre for the relevant amount. Remember to add 65p if you want us to post the tickets to you. Booking fees apply, contact the box office on 01206 500900 to confirm the exact price of your transaction.

CONCESSIONS
Ticket prices marked as concessions are available to those who are:
Students in full time education.
Unemployed.
In receipt of state pension.

BOOKING FEES
Tickets purchased online incur a fee of £1 per ticket.
In our box office or over the phone booking fees apply dependent on the total price of the transaction, a maximum of £2.50 per transaction.
Postage of tickets bought over the phone or by post is 65p.
