Beginning as a volunteer, Liz stepped up to be our Bar Manager and has made a massive contribution to our operations in a ludicrously short time. An ex music journalist and current creator of bespoke jewellery, Liz brings us a wealth of management experience and slightly weird merchandising ideas.
