There are several ways to book your tickets...BOOK ONLINE
Our online booking operates on a TICKETLESS SYSTEM. Just click on the BUY TICKETS link and you'll be directed through to our secure server. Once you've completed your booking you'll be sent a confirmation email - THIS IS YOUR TICKET. Just print off a copy and bring it with you on the night - a bit like buying a ticket for a budget airline! If you're hardcore traditionalist and want a good old-fashioned physical ticket, we can't do this online - you'll need to book over the phone or in person.BY PHONE
You can do this by calling 01206 500900 and having your credit or debit card handy. There is unfortunately a small charge for all credit and debit card transactions due to bank charges. We can either post your tickets to you (64p extra) or you can collect from the box office on or before the night.BY POST
Send us a good old fashioned snail mail letter with what you want, your name, address and phone number and a cheque made out to Colchester Arts Centre for the relevant amount. Remember to add 64p if you want us to post the tickets to you.IN PERSON
Turn up to the Box Office in person and you are presented with a myriad of payment options, including cold, hard cash. There is unfortunately a small charge for all credit and debit card transactions due to bank charges. If you need more info on any payment-related subject please give us a call on 01206 500900 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Ticket prices marked as concessions are available to those who are:
Students in full time education.
In receipt of state pension.
