So coming up this Sunday is the last in our season of monthly Album
Club events - essentially and afternoon where we get together to enjoy
some food and drink and listen to a nominated album that has at some
point been considered a classic. This month there's a difference!
After we give PiL's undoubted classic METAL BOX a spin, all those present will be invited
to play a seven inch of their choice, with a quick fire introduction.
It's the superior analogue version of CD ping-pong. No rules.
So if you haven't joined us yet, why not come along and bring a single
for a spin. You might meet some like minded-souls who also attended that
Sonic Youth gig in 1982...
Admission just £2.
Mick the Hippy's legendary Veggie chilli on sale at £2 a bowl (celebrated by everyone from Ash to Godspeed You Black Emperor)
Bar open throughout
Convivial atmosphere
No need to talk to anyone if you don't want to.
