No need to book - just turn up! There are several time slots throughout the day:
10.30am - 11.30am

12.30pm - 1.30pm
2.00pm - 3.00pm
3.00pm - 4pm
All ages welcome
Admission Free. (Donations to our Springboard Fund for young people are always welcome).
Drums provided but feel free to bring your own.
Dan Sceats is a tutor for Essex Music services who specialises in West African drumming and has over ten years experience of delivering workshops to children and adults. It was in Senegal that Dan first began his journey discovering the West African rhythms of the djembe, a journey which has seen him working with the likes of the Grand Union Orchestra and the late Derek Walcott among many. His love of drumming shines through in his delivery of his workshops, catering for beginners and more advanced players, focusing on traditional rhythms as well as soloing and composition.
