CAC SPRINGBOARD PRESENTS A FAMILY WORLD MUSIC DAY (2 Workshops)

26th March 2016

Two workshops! - “Music gives us a sense of identity, purpose and time. It’s important to remain true to who you are and what you do.” Ripton Lindsay

A chance for young people over the age of 8 to have fun with the drum and the movement of dance.

Families are welcome to come along and share in the fun together.
Rhythm is the music of Life - come and feel the beat!

Morning workshop doors 10am start 10.30am
This workshop is most suitable for 8 years and over with an interest in drumming and dance. You do not have to have experience, just a pocket full of ‘ave a go attitude! If dance is not your cup of tea then beat the drum for the dancers to move to. If you love it you are invited to join in the afternoon session for free.

Afternoon workshop doors 1.30pm starts 2pm - with BSL interpretation
Most suitable for children with educational needs and disability. A BSL interpreter will also be with us.
