VIBE is a DJ led live band.
VIBE’s live performances comprise a medley of current and classic R&B, Soul and Hip-hop hits, heavily focussed on 90’s R&B with a splash of some older and more current classics.
VIBE promises to take you on an original sound experience fusing the raw talent and presence of a live music act with a DJ party atmosphere and energy of a booming club night.
Seamlessly blending hits old and new, from Drake, Diddy and Donell Jones to TLC, Lauryn Hill and Luther Vandross.
Daringly current and unashamedly nostalgic, VIBE truly serves up a unique live experience, mixing your favourite songs in ways you’ve never imagined.
From rolling grooves to psychedelic atmospheres, The VV Experience crosses the boundaries of Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Electronic music with it’s own fluidity and energy. Formed as VVilhelm’s brainchild, the 5-piece plays a mix of originals and covers, to bring a palette of vibes from contemporary music and a kaleidoscope of sonic textures to a live act. With each member bringing their own character and ideas from their own projects (including Colchester’s Monster Florence, Sam Eagle, Fishclaw, and Norfolk’s Guranfoe), the band is sure to bring something for everybody listening and moving.”
