The Robin Cancer Trust Festival *

29th September 2013

The Robin Cancer Trust and Keep Colchester Cool bring you the best new talent around. With numerous acts playing throughout the evening you'll see a mix of the best live music acts Essex has to offer. Come for the charity, stay for the bands, leave when the beer runs out (or when the gig ends).

Four strapping lads from Colchester who hope to leave you bewildered and amazed! With two guitars, a bass, some drums and a couple of voices they can take you to places of ecstasy and euphoria.

KIllatrix are a four piece Electro-Dirt group from Essex. With a modern style fusing alternative rock with a drum and bass edge, KIllatrix are a truly unique local band.

No gimmicks. Just four young musicians out to make music. Aiming to create a sound fusing elements of alternative, blues, post rock, acoustic, rock & indie. Relying on their ability to play a range of instruments, their compositional knowledge and an uncanny ability to pen a catchy tune.

Rhiannon Mair has music in her blood; her DNA a dancing double-helix of vibrant musicality and song-writing savvy. Her eclectic playing experience has produced an exciting and energetic live performer with an edgy style and great stage presence.

Writing songs since he was seven, Oliver is now an 19 year old singer/songwriter currently studying at Colchester 6th Form. One for the future who's gathering momentum and praise everywhere he plays.

All proceeds go to the Robin Cancer Trust & Germ Cell Cancer Awareness.
