This night with Choc and Gilly will transport you back to the 80’s when this legendary pair played at iconic venues of the time such as Colne Lodge, the Embassy suite, The Copford Windmill, and even a set on Mersea beach.
Playing an eclectic mix of tunes which shaped their careers including punk, new wave, soul, disco and of course funk this event promises to take you right back to the halcyon days of your youth!
As a duo, Choc and Gilly have supported numerous live bands, under the management of John Hessenthaler including Dennis Bovell -Matumbi, Black Slate and Jah Warrior, The Higsons, Modern English and The Dolly Mixtures – the list goes on.
