“Tim Edey is brilliant - in every which way. As a guitarist he has few peers. As a box player he’s a magician. As a character he’s off the scale - Colin Irwin, fRoots

“Utterly fantastic. Sheer, wonderful ebullient music” – Mike Harding

“Tim Edey plays a host of different instruments to a standard us mere mortals can only dream of. Listen and weep”

Last seen here with harmonica maestro, Brendan Power, the quotes above say it all!

Support: Joe Harvey And The Hardy Perennials
The four-piece Essex based folk group, were formed in early 2015 by singer songwriter Joe Harvey, following an impromptu performance at a local folk session, of one of Thomas Hardy's poems Joe had set to music. Fiddler Pam and whistle and guitar player Neil joined the project of putting some of Hardy's famous and lesser known lyric poems to simple folk melodies and The Hardy Perennials were born. With Harry joining later on bass, the group, having self released an E.P. 'Any Little Old Song' on bandcamp, started gigging the Hardy based material, along with original lyrical compositions, in and around Essex during 2015 to positive reviews.
