Covid Safe

In line with the easing of covid restrictions, the wearing of face coverings in the venue is no longer compulsory.

Those who prefer to continue wearing a face covering are of course very welcome to do so, and we ask that all customers respect each others' choices in this matter.

We continue to ask customers to use their judgement - please do not attend if you feel unwell, and take a lateral flow test before your visit if you can.

Any form of covid certification, be it proof of antibodies or vaccination status, is not and has never been a requirement.

Face masks and hand gel continue to be available on site for all who require them. 

REFUNDS POLICY 

Please note our refund policy has now been amended. If you are unable to attend due to Covid or any other reasons, we are able to offer you a credit note; this can be used for any event and has no expiry date.

If you have tickets for a rescheduled event and are no longer able to attend we are able to offer a refund as long as you notify us within 14 days of the date we sent out the reschedule notification. After this date credit notes will be available.
