Colchester Arts Centre: Never Knowingly Understood

There are many exciting ways in which to book your tickets:

Book Online:

Our online booking operates on a TICKETLESS SYSTEM. Just click on the BUY TICKETS link and you'll be directed through to our secure server. Once you’ve completed your booking you’ll be sent a confirmation email – this acts as your ticket. Just print off a copy and bring it with you on the night - a bit like buying a ticket for a budget airline! If you’re hardcore traditionalist and want a good old-fashioned physical ticket, we can’t do this online - you’ll need to book over the phone or in person.

By Phone:

We have (mostly) friendly staff who'll be delighted to take your booking when they're not watching youtube or fiddling their expenses. You can do this by calling 01206 500900 and having your credit or debit card handy. There is unfortunately a small charge for all credit and debit card transactions (the bank's fault, not ours!). We can either post your tickets to you or you can collect from the box office on or before the night.

By Post:

Send us a good old fashioned snail mail letter with what you want, your name, address and phone number and a cheque made out to Colchester Arts Centre for the relevant amount. The rest of the world might hate cheques but we love 'em. Remember to add 60p if you want us to post the tickets to you.

In Person:

Turn up to the Box Office in person and you are presented with a myriad of payment options, including cold, hard cash. You might even catch the odd bit of gossip on all the hot new acts coming up, or get to see the Director indulging his monumental snuff habit.
